"Just wanted to take a moment to thank Ashley & Kyle for expediting the processing of my emergency towing claim. In order to file the claim I needed a receipt from the service provider. He indicated that an enclosed receipt would follow within an E-Mail. It never came. He was very unresponsive to my subsequent requests. Ashley took on the job of contacting the service provider on a daily basis. After a week and one half she was finally able to procure the receipt which allowed Kyle to cut a claim payment check on the very same day. "Highly wouldn't recommend this agent. They hardly answer the phone even though they aren't busy. I left them a voicemail and it took over 4 days to respond. They barely give you discounts even though you've had State Farm for over 3 years. One of the agents is absolutely rude if you leave this agent for another company. My girlfriend was leaving this agent and I've never seen someone so rude in my life with this company besides the one agent. Telling us leaving is a mistake when they overcharge you. Please find another State Farm agent"
